We define and validate essential functions

We work with you to understand your list of job descriptions and your organization’s job movement policies and natural restrictions that may impact system design.

Next, we work on-site to break each job into a series of critical tasks.  We measure the physical requirements of those tasks, which may include such attributes as: 1) strength 2) endurance 3) aerobic capacity 4) coordination and 5) balance.

Finally, we work with your employees and appropriate staff to review our findings, obtain feedback, and validate our conclusions. The entire time, we create a very clear paper trail on the process, including working with your Human Resource group to adjust job descriptions as needed.
