As an option, we can conduct one or more pilot applications of the process with your current employees to estimate the failure rate and causes. We will review the data with you and adjust the screen to balance the needs of recruiting and safety, all the while remaining legally compliant.

We assist with implementation by identifying the appropriate resources, developing an effective process flow, and working around your schedule needs to provide the most cost effective solution. We then identify providers from our nationwide network and assist with training and rollout.

Finally, we analyze screen data on an ongoing basis, helping you maintain the delicate balance between recruiting and safety.
