A sometimes hidden benefit of our Pre-Employment Screen service is the non-linear relationship between the failure rate of potential employees and the impact on reported injuries.  For example, at one client a failure rate of 6% yielded an 11% reduction in direct injury costs. If you consider that you can avoid adding the sub-group of potential employees that are most likely to report an injury, the math makes sense.
