ATLAS ERGONOMICS, LLC CONCLUDES STUDY ON THE ABILITY TO FIT FURNITURE

Grand Haven, MI- Atlas Ergonomics, LLC (AE) announces that it has received the results of a commissioned study of over 6000 people of various race and gender combinations. The intent of the study was to create mathematical equations, utilizing user-friendly inputs, which would define "personal fittings" for end users of office furniture. These equations, along with the AE patent pending process, would define essential settings such as seat height, seat depth, arm height, keyboard mechanism height, and work surface height for each end user.

"Providing personal settings to end users is essential to fully realize the benefits of ergonomic products." said Jim Landsman, President of AE. Jim went on to say, "We believe most users have little idea where their office furniture needs to be positioned, and doing so is essential to gain the full benefit of ergonomic products. By combining the ability to provide personal settings, simple and evident markings on the furniture, and step by step training on how to adjust the purchased product, we make using the product correctly as simple as possible."

Drew Bossen, Vice President of AE commented, "The results of the study exceeded our expectations. As an example, AE has the ability to mathematically "fit" seat depth and seat height 97% percent of the time." Drew went on to say, "Our goal was to minimize any recalibration required of the user and we are confident we have met our goal."

The Ergonomic Operating SystemT is designed to be a highly competitive sales tool. It first cost effectively assesses the individual risk of employees of any size organization. The system then sorts through the product offerings of a manufacturer, or multiple manufacturers, and provides a list of buying options tailored to the individual's needs, while simultaneously focusing on reducing the overall investment by the client. Once the purchase is made, the system provides recommended settings to "fit" each individual to their furniture, which can be visually audited for compliance. The system is designed to support new sites as well installed sites, especially suited to strategically gain a foothold at competitively held accounts.
