ATLAS ERGONOMICS, LLC REACHES AGREEMENT WITH PROGRESSIVE REHABILITATION ASSOCIATES ON BETA SITE ACTIVITIES

Grand Haven, MI- Atlas Ergonomics, LLC (AE) announces that it has reached and agreement with Progressive Rehabilitation Associates (PRA) on beta site use of AE's Ergonomic Operating SystemT. PRA, an organization of physical therapists, will use the system to support ergonomic interventions in existing office environments. Beta site activities will be supported through PRA's nine Iowa offices.

"We are excited about our relationship with PRA for two important reasons." said Jim Landsman, President of AE. Jim went on to say, "First, we will validate our system's effect on employee health through extensive data gathering. Second, the beta site activities will allow us to develop a fully integrated network between corporate customers, ergonomic intervention specialists, dealers, and office furniture and work tool providers."

The Ergonomic Operating SystemTT cost effectively assesses the individual risk of employees of any size organization. The system then sorts through the product offerings of a manufacturer, or multiple manufacturers, and provides a list of buying options tailored to the individual's needs, while simultaneously focusing on reducing the overall investment by the client. Training is then provided through a coordinated effort of the system and the ergonomic intervention specialist. Finally, employee health and productivity is monitored by the system and the results are communicated to the responsible team.

Drew Bossen, Vice President of AE commented, "We see our entrance into this arena as a two step process." Drew went on to say, "Our initial efforts will focus on assessment, assuring the appropriate furniture and work tools are present, and training. Stage two will include 'fitting' the individual to their work station, supported by both the ability to label existing furniture and new products labeled by the manufacturer."

"PRA has a long history of providing ergonomic services to corporate clients," commented Vincent Eldridge, President of PRA. Vince went on to say, "We are attracted to the ability to reach a large number of individuals cost effectively, having a simple system for our clients to obtain ergonomically responsive products, as well as being able to track and validate the outcome of our efforts."
