AGREEMENT BRINGS NEW TECHNOLOGY TO THOUSANDS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY PROFESSIONALS

GRAND HAVEN, Michigan, December 6, 2005 -- Physiotherapy Associates, a division of Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK), and Atlas Ergonomics (Grand Haven, MI) announced a relationship today that dramatically expands each organization's ability to provide occupational heath services.

Physiotherapy will add more than 500 clinics to Atlas' existing network of service providers. In total, the Atlas network will provide clients the ability to obtain services at over 1,100 locations across North America.

Atlas will train Physiotherapy clinicians on the use of its unique ergonomic technologies for office and commercial transportation environments. In addition, Atlas will assist Physiotherapy locations in reaching clients who are struggling with work-related injuries.

"Our strategic plan calls for a continued expansion of our occupational rehabilitation services," said Scott MacDonald, Physiotherapy Director of Occupational Operations. "Our relationship with Atlas provides us the ability to use leading-edge technology that has delivered powerful results. We also will share knowledge and research to mutually develop best-in-class practices."

"Physiotherapy brings many qualities that we and our clients are looking for," said Jim Landsman, President of Atlas. Jim went on to say, "We are excited about their drive for research, providing high quality service, and geographic and service growth. We share a vision of offering our clients a broad range of services in almost any location in North America."

Atlas and Physiotherapy will work together in coming months to train service providers and move them into the market. Questions about specific areas of coverage should be directed towards Atlas.
