Atlas Announces Further Expansion of Ergonomic Service Provider Network Grand Haven, MI—Feb 13, 2009—Atlas Ergonomics, LLC, the nation's largest provider of ergonomics services to employers, announced today that it has added 29 groups to its nationwide network, and now offers services in 1147 locations. Known for its results-based ergonomics programs, Atlas works with its nationwide network of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and ergonomists to reduce work-related injuries among employees, with an emphasis on measurable, bottom-line results. Recently 26 therapy groups have been qualified to work with Atlas clients' general office employees. Qualification requires a full day of dedicated training in Atlas principles and methodology, and/or extensive testing for competence. Another four groups have qualified to join the Atlas network as full-service providers, which requires four days of rigorous training and testing in the specific needs of employees in call centers, commercial transportation, public transit, as well as in general office settings. Atlas' newest full-service providers are: Groves Physical Therapy in Minneapolis/ St. Paul, MN; Columbia Physical Therapy, Albany, NY; Ergonomics First, LLC, Metairie/New Orleans, LA, and Thygesen Physical Therapy PC, Lincoln, NE.
