Often, employers immediately send an employee to the doctor following a report of musculo-skeletal discomfort. However, in most instances, time is on your side and the need for immediate care is limited.

The key to avoiding unnecessary care is establishing specific criteria for identifying when immediate intervention is necessary and for managing cases that do not require immediate intervention.

Atlas will work with you to establish a practical model for making decisions within your organization. Individuals, who fall below the threshold of “Immediate Care”, will be managed through our nationwide network of providers.

This service can be managed either on or off-site based on your needs. In either case, we maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties.
